You don't have to be a kid to like cartoons! For this swap, craft an ATC (standard sizing applies) for your partner that shows one of your favorite cartoon characters. It can be anything as long as it's an animated cartoon; both children and adult cartoons count! Anyone who meets the membership requirements can join. No sticker/image slapping please! Make this your best work. A picture glued to nice paper is not what this is about. Have fun!
