Beginning ATC Collectors

I thought of this swap last night while I was looking through the swaps. This is a pretty simple swap and shouldnt cost all that much. It will be international.

You need to make or buy a three ring binder and decorate it according to your partners profile, you will also need to stick some of the sleeves used to hold ATC's inside.

You are also required to make one ATC for your partner, it can be whatever you'd like.
