I joined weight watchers a few months ago and enjoy getting inspired by other people on the plan! In this swap you will be sending:
*One note with inspiration, favorite exercise/exercise video/ or any other activity that you count towards your activity points *BONUS *Share how much weight you have lost!
*One favorite tweaked recipe (if you don't have one any healthy recipe will do)
*A sample grocery list of what you buy on plan
*Include two samples from grocery list
*A list of must have items, at least five
*Include one item from the list
This swap is for ANYONE wanting to follow a healthy lifestyle journey and hasn't had a 3 or 1 in the past three months.
