Despite not being a terribly crafty person, I really love making things, especially postcards. Let's let loose and mess with some!

Send your partner a modified or fully handmade postcard (naked and stamped - senders choice). A modified postcard is a postcard (store-bought, ad, blank, postcard sized print, etc.) you modified or added elements to while a handmade postcard is fully made from scratch. Your postcard must...

• Be at least 4 x 6" (make sure to up the postage if oversized)
• Have art/an image on one side
• Be sturdy enough to survive USPS sorting machines and get to your partner in one piece
• Include your username, the swap title, and a message somewhere on the card
• Show a decent amount of effort. Send something you'd want to receive!

Here's some basic ideas for what you could do:

• Paste a found image (magazine page, photograph, etc.) onto the front of a pre-existing postcard
• Completely cover the front of a postcard with stickers or washi tape
• Cut up a food box, folder, or calendar cover and use it as a postcard
• Make a multi-media collage
• Draw/paint on a blank postcard OR add to a pre-existing postcard's image
• Follow a tutorial you've been dying to try out!

Consider laminating raised embellishments or easily peelable elements with packing tape. Newbies with a well-filled out profile (a detailed blurb about yourself, swap likes and dislikes, etc.) will be considered - everyone else must have a good rating (4.8+) with no unexplained 1's or 3's. Rate your partner a 5 if they send you a modified or fully handmade postcard! I will angel as needed.
