About Me
I enjoy making dimensional art pieces - inchies, ATC's, DATC's, Skinnies, chunky pages, etc. I like layering and using multi-media to create them, and I usually include an piece of metal somewhere. Gotta love those dangly bits! The swaps I have been getting in return are very flat-to save on shipping costs, I would presume. I am open to swapping one-on-one if you are able to send dimensional, quality art pieces.
Attention Rolo Swappers! I would prefer to have the backside of the rolo 'up', meaning when the front of the rolo is flipped down to see the next one, I will be able to read your name and info without standing on my head. Decorated backs are nice, too!
I am a 'career crafter'. I teach all manner of art classes including tole painting and mixed media projects. I facilitate a monthly ATC club and an Art Journal class. My projects are always technique oriented and my own personal style is vintage/primitive. I try to include a little metal on all my projects.
I work with alot of canvas and watercolor paper as my substrates, but anything goes! I am attracted to the vintage look, and am enamored with the steampunk style, butterflies or vintage sewing in nature.
I keep an eye on G45, 7 Gypsies and Ranger products and watch artists on youtube that feature their products in their art.
My ATC's usually have several layers and I enjoy a good challenge. I have several Art Journals on the go, and my favorite features pages showing off different techniques and mediums.
I live in Edmonton, AB, Canada and have a passion for the outdoors. I am an archery instructor and a geocacher. I am an avid reader and I have a great sense of humor.
I am looking forward to joining some swaps. I am NOT a flaker!

Hi, I replied that I didn't really mind whatever you want to do about the post strike. I was on my ipod so maybe it didn't send??? Anyway, its up to you, I really don't know how these post strikes work out? ;)
Darned CPC - you should have received the PC I sent you by now dear (I figured out it was for the Canadian Post Card Swap - Canada Only - I am in a LOT of PC swaps right now and it took me a while to find the one with you as my partner).
