I'm sorry to say that I will be leaving Swap-Bot after I have finished sending my current swaps. I am tired of all of the flakers I have had this year and some people who claim that I have shoddy workmanship and that I didn't follow swap guidelines. This last 3 that I have received has taken me over the edge and I am done.

I have been with Swap-Bot for a very long time and watched the forum wars against other swappers who do not do work that that fit the guidelines of the terms made by the forum participants. The way they have treated newbies and other swappers who do not agree with them is just wrong. And the few times I tried to express my opinions, I ended up being the one who was flamed.

There is a very small group of swappers who have ruined my experiences with Swap-Bot with their “opinions”.

This site has gone from a really fun way to have a hobby to no fun al all. I have seen many, many good swappers leave from this behavior of this small group of people. That is SO sad. A year ago, this was a good site.

Now I have been given a 3 because it is claimed that I sent a poor quality ATC. I know that my ATC was not falling apart when I sent it. I NEVER do poor quality work. And because my ATC wasn't to her taste, she made her claims. Yes, I was late, however, I did communicate and let her know that I was ill.

Thank you to those of you who I have had fun swapping with. I will miss you, However I may see you again sometime on another site.

I'm really enjoying Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series. It's much like Lord of the Rings, except that the "good guys" are mostly women. :-)

I love cheesy 60's, 70's horror flicks, The worse the acting, the better. LOL I also like classic oldie's movies such as Gone with the Wind, The Wizard of Oz and the Topper series.Loved The Lord of the Rings, most classic Disney, especially Shrek. The 6th Sense, Harold and Maude, The 5th Element (incredible movie!), What Dreams May Come. Some other favorites, On a Clear Day, The Pink Panther series, Dr Zhivago.

I don't watch much TV, I'd rather listen to music. However I am addicted to Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis and Eureka. Sometimes I watch Bones or Boston Legal and Lost. ALL original Star Trek (I have the whole series and watch it over and over) (Misc tidbit - Leonard Nimoy kissed my hand when I was 14 or 15, can't exactly remember, I wouldn't wash my hand for a week LOLOL)

My newest favorite craft is ATCs. I am really addicted! I also like making matchbox shrines, matchbox themed and dotees.
