I do not understand what could have happened, never happened to me anything like that. I thought you had not contacted me because you had not had time, not because you have not even got my letter. I'm so sorry, I hope you understand that was a mistake by the ineffective Spanish postal service. Please I beg you to accept that I send to you a new letter that I'm writting now, before being rated negatively.
