All - I recently received a 3 rating, and here is my explanation. It was for the Chunk o Cardboard postcard swap in December. The deadline to mail was Dec. 31. The holidays were busy, and the post office was closed Jan 1 and 2, so I didn't send my postcard until Jan. 5. My partner received the postcard Jan. 14. I apologize for this. I must have been pretty confused on this swap - because I sent one of my other partners TWO postcards!
