About Me
I'm a textile artist & I love embroidery. I studied C&G embroidery and Jewellery & silversmithing.
Why not take a little visit to my blog to see what I'm up to now....the pieces which you see here are products of my creative journey.
I love working with my favourite colours, Blues, turquoises, mauves, purples & pinks. Oh and I'm Gemini.
Favorite Crafts
Hand embroidery is my favourite but I'm getting more into & enjoying machine embroidery.
I design and make jewellery. This ranges from Embroidered Beaded Felted silver
I also enjoy working in 12th scale which is dolls house size miniatures. I mainly work on small embroidered miniature pictures, pillows, handbags hats and shoes.
I love working with threads & beads, paper & clay & paint, oh I like to get out my watercolour paints now and again and pen pen and ink doodling can be great fun!

Aqua, turquoise, blues in general Purple, mauve, lilacs & pinks

Snow & snowflakes Beads Silver fairies birds, eggs & nests Vintage & dyed cotton lace Embroidered items Pins & brooches country cottons vintage prints polka dots crystals
Things I'm not really fond of
Anything animal related dogs, cats, pigs cows....etc.
Orange, Red & brown are my least favourite colours
Gold ....I prefer silver themed things
Cheesy Christmas frilly things
Satin eeewwwwooo! especially with cheap lace.
Not fond of novelty fabrics or holiday fabrics, christmas themed, halloween etc. I dont like haunted or goulish stuff, spiders etc. I dont need any religious items.

Paper punches or even punched pieces in nice and unusual papers (I already have, sml flowers, hearts & dragonflys)
