I'm 66 yrs young and live with my wonderful husband of 42 yrs in Rhode Island I have a sweet, pampered kitty named Chloe (we refer to her as the "Queen") and a new kitten named Minnie. I'm "Grammy" to 4 beautiful grandchildren, 3 girls and a boy, and to my nephew's children. I LOVE being a grandmother. I'm a diabetic (4 yrs) and a breast cancer survivor (18 yrs). I'm a christian and believe every day is a gift from God.

I lift weights and do aerobics 3 times a week. I participate in water aerobics classes and a kickboxing class.I also do pilates. I learned to swim when I was 50 and golf when I was 59. I love Disneyworld and started riding the roller- coasters and The Tower of Terror when I was 60. My favorite ride is Space Mountain.

I knit, crochet, needlepoint, crosstitch, paint and scrapbook. I'm always looking for some new craft to try. I also love photography especially black and white. I love to garden and atrract Butterflies and Hummingbirds to my yard. I have been with Swap-bot for over a year and have corresponded with many great people. I mostly sign for craft swaps--ATCs, skinnies, chunky books and pages. PLEASE NO EXTRAS THANK YOU. It is thoughtful to send them but I'm trying to downsize my stash of paper and embellishments.

I like most movies except horror films. Some of my favorites are Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Shall we Dance and the last one I saw Mama Mia.

Mysteries, craft shows, dramas such NCIS< Bones, Leverage, The Closer. I really don't like reality shows except the Biggest Loser.

I like to read mysteries especially British "cozies". Always looking for new authors.

I like most bright colors but my favorite would be pink for breast cancer awareness. My husband says I'll practically buy anything with a pink ribbon on it.

I love cats and most animals. I like to feed and watch the birds.(my cat is an indoor cat because of the birds and coyotes). I love Disney. Besides Mickey and Minnie, my favorite characters are Chip & Dale and Dory, the blue fish from Finding Nemo. My husband has started to call me "Dory"(hence my user name) because I identify with the little fish with the bad memory. I also like seashells and butterflies.
