I was born in Florida and live there now. I've been married 36 years to Elden. We have 3 daughters - Andrea - 35, Tasha - 31, Irene - 25 and 2 granddaughters. Tasha's - Olivia age 7 yrs. Irene's - Avalon age 6 months.

I've quilted for years but am physically not able to do it now. That is why I've started the other crafts.As a quilter I've swapped for years.

I love reading,geography, nature, exploring new places, looking for interesting rocks or pieces of wood, mountain creeks, scenic views of mountains, going to art museums, going to book stores and libraries, word games and dancing. I love Jesus.

I really like the new POP-OPERA genre. Favorites Il Divo, Russell Watson and Josh Groban I also love the original rock'n roll of the 50's and 60's. I also like Country Music. Favorites Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney, Gary Allen, Allen Jackson and Carrie Underwood I like lots of other kinds of music too. I do not like heavy metal, hard rock, alternative and rap.

I love to read. Some of my favorite books are A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens, To Kill a Mocking Bird by Harper Lee and The Woman in White - Wilkie Collins. I like to read mysteries, historical fiction, Star Trek and biographies. I also enjoy reading poetry especially the classics.

My favorites are American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, Bones, Without a Trace, NCIS, Lost and Prison Break.

Quilting, Scrapbooking, Making Cards and now ATC's. PSP.

I love things with butterflies on them. I also like things with quilts or baby animals, flowers, beautiful scenery, teapots, oriental style things, cup and saucers, tigers, birds, watering cans, and any nature themes on them. I love all colors. I don't like things that are gaudy, cartoon characters, Gothic, astrology, new age, religious unless it's Christian, candy or coffee, snakes and Halloween things (I love fall things).

I collect - post cards, book marks, shells, souvenir thimbles and maps. When I visit new places I like to collect things the people there make such as their pottery, hand blown glass, fabric arts and whatever it is that is native where I am. Besides the things I collect I enjoy receiving tablets, fabric, pens,note cards, journals, scrapbooking stickers or other scrapbooking and card making supplies, magazines about scrapbooking and card making, tea bags, barrettes for my hair and souvenir hand towels. I always love photos of nature: such as scenic pictures ( mountains, desert, jungle and etc) also animals, flowers, butterflies, driftwood. I love paintings or drawings all media. It would be a super special thing to me to receive a hand drawn or painted card, ATC, postcard or anything that we're swapping that would suit it.
