I am a Domestic Engineer :-) with a wonderful hubby and 2 older teen sons.

All the ornaments on my tree are handmade and I would love to add to it this year, just nothing santa related, please.

My favorite hobby at this time is quilting and I have 3 quilts on the go at this time.

I've also crocheted for over 35 years and I like to dabble in wood working (yeah for scroll saws), tole painting, general sewing and some cross stitch.

I like color! The brighter, the better! But I also like dark green, dark blue and dark purple.

I have themes in my house for each season. Spring - tulips, Summer - summer flowers, Fall - sunflowers and scarecrows, Winter - snowmen. I need to add to spring, summer but have more snowmen than I know what to do with.

I like original art, especially if it falls within one of my themes.

I like camping, riding my motorcycle and being with my family.

I can't stand the color mint green!!

I don't like shiny, slippery material.

I don't wear much jewelry so please don't send me any :-)

I abhor profanity or anything that's not family friendly!

We don't use santa in our Christmas celebrations so nothing with him on it, please.

Thread in any color, quilting pins (safety pins that have a bend in them), a fun thimble,

Cotton FQ's or larger (especially if it has food on it other than fruit or veggies (I have enough of them) or fabric with puzzle pieces) You can check my wists for other fabrics I like.

Please don't send me any embroidery thread as I have more than I can use now.

My hubby collects hot sauce so if you'd like to include a bottle of that, it would be so appreciated. He doesn't use them, just collects them so we are always looking for funny names (that don't contain any swear words) or funny pictures (that don't contain nudity)

I LOVE gum (especially sugar free) and some of the best I've had has been from non-North American countries. If you are partnered with me and want to send an extra special package, just throw in a couple packages of gum :-) The stranger the flavor, the better. The best I've had so far was black licorice menthol.

I like: chewy rather than hard, sour candy, licorice chalk, red and black licorice and mint leaves.
