I am an Army wife and twenty something that enjoys working on crafts as my "escape" from the mobile, gypsy like life of the military.

I'm not a big country music fan, but they are such down to earth people and really support the Soldiers. I haven't met a bad one yet. I really enjoy Bob Dylan's theme time radio hour every Wednesday-all the music he picks is awesome!

I love collage and have been working on incorporating fabric and stamping into my collages. I also enjoy painting on any medium and personalizing common everyday things to make them my own. I love quotes and have created five altered books full of quotes.

I enjoy exploring and having adventures. Growing up in Montana, I love outdoor activities especially hiking and rafting. I have quite the collection of heart shaped rocks from rivers that we have floated (and would love some from different rivers/oceans/lakes) I love spending time with my husband and our puppy and kitty. We enjoy traveling together. Our favorite places we have visted are Germany, France, Montana and Minnesota. We are getting ready to move to Korea in January which is exciting, but stressful and a little scary. I have a french major and enjoy listening to the language and attempting to speak it as often as I can. I also love playing harmonica, writing, doing artsy things, cooking (especially baking), taking photos and reading.

I can best describe my style as bohemian and well traveled.
-I love bead work and brocade and cool different bracelets.

-My mother in law has gotten me into stamping and I have a small collection building. I am always on the look out to find some cool bird stamps, stars stamps and background stamps.

-I love random found objects and charms for cards and some bigger projects.

-European items are some of my favorite accents to showcase in my home. I love different cultures and enjoy getting a taste of real everyday customs and traditions.

-I am addicted to stars and swirls and can never find enough to add to my ever expanding collection.

-I enjoy flowers (especially daisies)and Quotes. I love words-accent pieces as well as sprinkled into art.

-Nature-pictures of birds and their nests, black and white photography and creative uses of ordinary objects are always fun to look for and to receive.

My favorite colors are cream, purple, blue, red and black.

I grew up with poodles and have quite a fetish for pink poodle items.

My husband is the cat person in the family, but I love cat silhouettes and artsy cat statues.

I love handmade crafts and would prefer to have homemade objects. Most of all I love creativity and everyone's take on the same project. I am not a picky person and do believe it is the thought that counts. I love getting inspiration and ideas through other projects.
