I'm an artist who has worked her way through a turnip truck full of arts & crafts. ;o) Although I have always wanted to paint professionally, I only started doing that this year. I was always too afraid that I wouldn't be good enough. Currently I am learning to paint in watercolor and blogging about it. I'm happier than I've ever been and I'm finally doing what I wanted to do all along.
I also have my own business making designer wedding cakes and hope some day, in the next few years, to morph that into floral sculptural artwork, eliminating the wedding cake part.
In the next few months I intend to begin selling my watercolor paintings on Etsy. I would love to hear from anyone with experience in this area, I could use any tips/tricks you have come across.Actually, I'd love to hear from anyone who'd like to become friends. One can never have enough friends and I look forward to getting to know the art/crafting community.
My favorite color is green but I really like all colors. I am most attracted to clear, bright colors like turquoise, hot pink, but any green is ok with me, lol. I also love bling and embellishments. I'm attracted to shiny things. :o) If you do not receive something from me in any swap please, please, please contact me! I will never flake anyone, therefore the item must be lost in the mail and I am happy to replace it. I so enjoy swapping with you all that if I had to send again to complete a swap I certainly wouldn't be aggrieved. :o) ~Jenn
etc. ;o)
I am an absolute chocolate fan. My favorite is "bunny chocolate", you know the milk or white chocolate they make chocolate Easter bunnies into? yep, those. Hehehe. I also really love gummy candy, either regular or sour. I would say my favorite is probably sour gummy worms but I also love wine gums too. I also really like, no, really LOVE salt water taffy, although I don't get to have it much. It doesn't seem to be around my town much. I am not allergic to peanuts so peanut m&m's are great too. I don't know if you could really go wrong with candy for me, although black licorice isn't my favorite, I must admit.
I am attracted by shiny objects, as I mentioned above. I also love pens and paper. I would love to receive hand made anything, especially papercrafts. A hand made journal with places to add sayings and artwork to the already decorated pages would be treasured. I think inchies are so cool, I don't make them myself but would love to receive them. I love great quotes and bookmarks. As a hobby I make jewelry so beads and findings will always make me happy. I like trying interesting teas and coffees and definitely interesting hot chocolates too. Any papers that one could do zentangles on would also be lovely.
