About Me

I have a love for hobbies of all sorts of things to make them (ribbons, embelishments, buttons, etc), family, anything Disney, my Westie Terrier - Maggie, lighthouses, collecting (beanies, pezzes, ornaments,lighthouses, grandfather clocks) and shopping at Hallmark! Simple things I like to receive are: sugar free candy/chocolate, crafty things, homemade cards to send myself, trinkets.I also am collecting postcards. Would like to get one from all 50 states. I have a small collection of vintage postcards (1980's, if you can call them vintage).

Favorite Books

Romance and Mystery novels as love is a mystery. Nora Roberts, Jane Crantz, James Patterson, John Sandford, and Kathy Rechs are a few of my favorite authors. I need to add that I love Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum books, reading the newest one right now.

Favorite Television

Bones, House, Carol Duvall Hour, Home and Garden, oh and those darn soap operas - Days of our Lives.

Favorite Crafts

Scrapbooking, cardmaking, making angels from all sorts of mediums, and photography.

Favorite things

Things I would like to receive...handmade or store bought crafts, Xmas ornaments, scrapbook things, simple note cards from a pen pal,Disney themed things (Mickey Mouse, Eeyore, and Tinkerbell are fun, and/or something from the location of where you live........just simple things......

Response: Glad you received it. My apologies as to the wrong postal code. With my eyes, sometimes they aren't so great. Wow though to be that lucky post card and make a traveling trip!

Comment: Hi Linda: Thanks much for the two cards! I wish I had a GA one to send you-I was there last month and looked in FOUR towns (Atlanta, Macon, Savannah, and Augusta) and couldn't find one for anything. I was very frustrated about it, and my husband thought I was about nuts running into every store imaginable looking for one. It's one we both need still!
