Merry Meet everyone. My name is Rose and I love meeting new people. I have two grown daughters who live in Oregon and the only ones home with me are my two kiddies (kitties) Mesha and Pandora who are Snowshoe Siamese's. I love reading, kayaking, and all things in nature. I love listening to music, especially Newage and Folk Rock. I do dream analysis for myself and sometimes my sister. She does it for me when I get stuck and don't have a clue. I am a Pagan/Wiccan and have been for 6 years (consciously). Please do not send me blatantly religious items. I have recently discovered Elaine Silver, a very powerful voice which is very relaxing to listen to. I also recently discovered an Australian group called Spiral Dance. I am Irish/Italian and really connect with my Irish roots, so Enya is another favorite. On a more common side, I love Oldies but Goodies which I have very little of.

My favorite author is really Nora Roberts, especially when she writes about Pagan/Wiccan things. I also love James Patterson. My all time favorite story was Alice in Wonderland, Alice through the looking glass. I have a collection of King Arthur books, including Gallahad, Merlin, Uther Pendragon, etc. King Arthur is my hero.

Indiana Jones Movies, and the new Indiana Jones guy, Jack Hunter,(what a hunk!,) I loved Mama Mia!, but I really like to watch movies that have a lot of historical information in them. My other two all time favorite movies are, "Practical Magic" and "Mists of Avalon".

Wow, favorite television, a tuff one, but my favorite is "Dancing with the Stars." Then Ghost Whisperer, Criminal Minds and NCIS. I almost forgot, I loved the show "Charmed".

I am not sure I have a favorite, but I like to make stone bracelets and earrings, just very basic, but nice. I use to paint, but haven't in over 20 years, so anything I might do now would like a kindergartner did it. I can now add, painting ATC's, but the journal swaps have been the most fun for me so far, aside from the Gnome swap, that is.

A Wand, candle holders, runes, essence oils, Pentacle and Pentagram. I love pendulums and collect them. This is a big one-I love swords! I even took fencing in college. Put anything would be appreciated.

I love sandalwood, lavender, vanilla, cinnamon, orchid, rosemary and carnation. Favorite flowers are carnations. I love essential oils in lemon and orange, but my favorite is lavender. My favorite things to collect are different rocks and troll dolls. I have always loved troll dolls.

As far as what I like to drink, ice coffee, Earl Grey Tea, Lady Grey Tea, Chamomile,Mint, and Dahjeerling Tea, and Cinnamon Spice. As far as flavored coffee goes, cinnamon flavored every time.

If I had a wish it would be for the new James Patterson book coming out called, "The murder of King Tut (or something like that). I like James Patterson's books.

Also, for more journal swaps like the two I have already done. I get a lot of joy out of doing them.

One of the most important things about me is probably that I am an enviromentalist and naturalist. I love freecycle! You know what they say- Someone's trash is another person's treasure. My husband was a huge naturalist/enviromentalist and living with him was always interesting and fun. I miss him a lot. That is why the Pagan/Wiccan beliefs fit me so well.
