Hi, there. I'm sorry, I thought I'd messaged explaining why I was banning you - I didn't feel your ratings were sufficient for the type of swap. I don't count e-mail swaps when I decide if people can be in my swaps or not - I don't feel sending an email is the same as sending a package. With that in mind, you don't have many ratings and haven't really done any higher value/higher commitment swaps.
