I live in Plymouth, Massachusetts (aka "America's Hometown"). I'm close to Boston and even closer to Cape Cod so it's a great location. Plus I get all four seasons here, which is quite awesome. I have four boys (my husband, my cat-shaped furchild, my 4 year old stepson, and my beautiful 22 month old baby boy).

I cannot live without writing and reading (oh, and air and water and other such superfluous things). I'm a huge fan of food...and the perfect wine to go with it. I love nature, animals, dark chocolate, cheese, candles, essential oils, crystals, and colors (especially sage green, grey-blue, earth tones, & black--I've also become fond of that "dusty" rose color...not quite pink, but sort of pink-ish) and I adore monochromatic color schemes

Some favorites: Northern Exposure, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Gilmore Girls, Scrubs, Angel, and various types of documentaries.

For children's shows, Peep is the bomb (with Joan Cusack narrating).

Princess Bride, Ocean's Eleven (the remake), Joy Luck Club, Harry Potter(s), Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (the original one with Gene Wilder)

I don't care for romantic comedies, but think Notting Hill is brilliant.

I like almost anything by: Mel Brooks, M. Night Shyamalan, & Monty Python

I am addicted to ATCs. I really enjoy making them. I also love taking pictures and scrapbooking (mostly for my boys).
