Hey! I'm Pyxi (yes, I use that in real life too) and I'm a 33 year old employee for a major Japanese electronics manufacturer.
I've been happily married to my best friend Kyle for going on six years now. I'm also the mom to a great (if occasionally frustrating) Aspie named Robert and a 9 year old Manx named Tuxedo Junction.)
I'm into all sorts of crafts & hobbies (everything from medieval re-creation to canning to mmorpgs and writing stories), and there isn't a whole lot that doesn't catch my interest in one form or another. Generally, I'll do something about it.
That's how I ended up here, actually. A girlfriend of mine told me about the site and since I wanted to know more about it...well...here I am!
When it comes to colors, I prefer jewel-tones...or the simplicity of black-n-white.
(One small thing for food-swaps: I am allergic to wheat, blue/marion-berries, and chai. Please do not include them, as the emergency room is not my favorite place to be. Thanks!)

My son enjoys cooking (Iron Chef and Good Eats are his favorite shows), reading, drawing, Star Wars, Legos, digital photography, and indulging in the WarHammer 40K universe (anything from the books to building models and playing the games). His favorite color (at the moment) is blue, and his favorite critters are dragons and sharks. He would love to have anything sent to him.

Hi Pyxidragon, I am currently trying to get into my first swap, the tree swap but don't know if I will be able to (no experience points!). Anyway I just wanted to share that my aspie boy is almost the same age as yours (Jack 4/6/97). Hope I get to stay :)
Pyx my girl. We should do a private journal swap. Maybe a get to know you kind. Tell me if you are interested and we can talk about what kind it is when I talk to you next. Love you, baby Namaste Seren
I didn't think it would ever happen, but I crested the 10K mark on Saturday and have been rolling along. Love the FQs. I'm saving the chocolate as a reward for the 15K or maybe the 17K mark.
I FINALLY hit the 5K mark yesterday and got to open my reward. Love the layered flowers. And I took one of the honey sticks to work to enjoy with a cuppa during lunch -- with my NaNo notebook of course. :)
Thanks for the dotee for my 1K reward. I hope to reach 5K by the end of the week. How are you doing?
Welcome to Swapbot! I am your partner for the Easy sticker swap. Can you include some likes/dislikes as far as colors, themes, interests, etc. that you like? It helps when partners look over your profile. - Soon you will be addicted!!
