ABOUT ME

I love reading, especially psychological and medical thrillers, also non-fiction life stories particularly about women surviving in the face of adversity. I will read most books though on recommendations.

My favourite shows include real life, documentaries, game shows, cookery and house programmes.

My hobbies include travelling, having travelled to most of Europe but also Hong Kong, Hawaii, Boston, Tunisia and Egypt. I also love short city breaks as well as days away to places in Ireland.

My favourite colour is red and I love the strength and power of it but but I also like beauty of both blue and yellow too.

I like: Stationary, especially anything with inspirational quotations. babies and children, receiving freebies/free samples in the post, competitions (especially when I win), crosswords and word games, card games and board games, particularly scrabble, boggle and any other word game.

I like picture frames that I can hang on the wall, sweets, nuts, liquorice, crisps and chocolate. I love quotations and inspirational words.

Tea, coffee and red wine.

Sweets/candy (any type) but I love anything with nuts and caramel/toffee.

Scarves and gloves.

Recipes--basic, simple and quick and slow cooker recipes too, especially chicken and Italian dishes.

DISLIKES

Scraps of paper and childish stickers. Please do not send old movie ticket stubs or old receipts.
