Hmm what to say...
I believe in real mail, letters, postcards, and mail art. I belive in real paper books. I tried to like digital books, but they just did not cut the mustard for me.
I love coffe and chocolate, tea as well, and really like the herbal and flavored regular teas. One of my favorite motifs is "Day of the Dead", especially sugar skulls. Some colors I love are green, turquoise blue, and chocolate brown, but I never really met a color I didn't like. I like making and collectin tip-ins. Google them if you don't know about them. I knit, crochet, weave (rigid heddle and pin looms) and spin (both wheel and drop spindle) I love green, growing things, and my two cats. I may have a "yarn problem" as I am currently at SABLE status. I collect post cards, also post card sized (4"x6") pieces of fabric which I plan to make into a friendship quilt one day.
I volunteer with an NGO Heirloom seed conservation group, mainly in the seed lab but can be a jack of all trades. I also maintain a demonstration plot in one of our local community gardens, showing people that yes, they can grow nutritious food, even in a well-drained 5 gallon bucket. I believe the right to grow one's own food is a basic human right.
Can be a bit of a rock hound, collect modest fossils, gems, minerals.
I am pretty easy going. I don't have a lot of dislikes. I have some minor allergies to fake scents and the like. As far as " religious imagery" I'm a Buddhist who was raised Catholic, so those are ok ( Buddhas and saints) but please no crosses, bible tracts, etc., unless you ask me first.
