My name is Mary; my magick name that has chosen me is Abiona and it means "born on a journey". I am 28 years old, happily married to my soul mate, and I'm a recent immigrant from Virginia to Ontario (Toronto area). The name SilverHealer comes from a fantasy saga I began writing in 2002.

I deeply love writing, journaling, and making art. I paint with acrylics and watercolours, I draw, I collage, I hybrid craft. I write. I sculpt with polymer clay, make jewellery, crochet, and am learning how to cross-stitch, machine sew, and make resin jewellery. I'm also picking up stamping and making my own herbal soaps! And my enjoyment of collaging and upcycling has me having a lot of fun with smash books and junk journals!

I almost always reuse packaging and envelopes. I ask that you do the same for me, if you like! Don't worry about using brand-new envelopes. Send something that's been scribbled on, taped up, whatever! Go green :)
