I did have a copy of that book, but as it often is with that particular book, it's not in very good shape ;P I'm not even sure if all the pages are there, and my boyfriend has to read it soon, so a new one was great =)
How much did it cost? Not that I have any money now, but you never know when you are going to win the lottery or find a rich uncle in America.
