Hi!

I just bought a new nifty sewing machine and love love love to sew. I hope to open up my own dress shop one day! So wish me luck, I'm in the process of applying to the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and I hope to be there by next fall!

So let's see....a little about myself:

*Latest and greatest like - fairy tales from all over the world. I just bought an (incomplete) book of Grimm's Fairy tales that's hardcover w/ beautiful pictures and now I want to learn about children's stories from all over the world. I want to find fabric based on fairty-tale characters and make fancy dresses out of them.

*5'9'' Asian lady, allergic to soy, sesame, and peanuts - nothing major, just lots of itchy skin *paper over plastic *jasmine white rice, please! *1st generation Cambodian girl *Living in AZ - and want to move to the east coast so so bad! *Have a cutesy puppy dog named Anakin. I chose that over Leeroy Jenkins. *I made a few costumes - and sold them!
*I want to go on a safari in Africa. In a Land Rover. To see the lions and zebras. *I also want to see a kiwi bird. And maybe a duck-billed platapus. *New fascination with pretty Japanese-inspired graphics - might as well see what all the buzz is about! *Facebook over Myspace *I graduated from college! Yay! *I'd like a ginormous aqua-wall in my future luxury home that has a cut-out arched doorway through it. I want it to be filled with colorful fish. *Any advise on where I could buy a big lot of cutesy Japanese fabrics? I see everyone selling them individually, but Not in a big random lot! *So I'm interested in receiving cutesy Japanese fabrics, of course. *What does ATC stand for? * Flower scents over food or berry scents *Vanilla over Chocolate *Interested in doing international swaps the most!! *I like to cook. *I like artwork like in the movie Coraline or Sweeney Todd - darker, strange images. *Love love love Alice in Wonderland! Especially the older, classic graphics! *In addition to sewing, I have a few mixed-media artworks I've done which involve stretching fabric over a wood frame and sewing and permanent marker drawing on them. If not, let me know, but I'm sure they're made public. *I like the zoos, museums, and theaters.
*I like gothic/Victorian style houses and architecture. *I also like old ruins. *I'm on Model Mayhem if anyone wants to see better pictures of me! *I like Ann Rice. *I like like like Dante's Inferno.
