awkwardisnice? More like, awkwardislate. Very, very late. Embarrassingly late. I would just wrap up my account and pretend that I didn't flake on so many people but I would like to apologize instead and hope for your forgiveness. I hate it when people flake on here. I am incredibly sorry to all of you who did not receive a swap from me. I am slowly getting my swaps out--so you should be receiving something soon. Work and life got the best of me and I didn't have the time to fulfill the commitments I had on here. That is no excuse and I understand, but I will try my best to make it up to you all. Cheers!

Comment: Wow, Morocco? Huh??? That just sounds intriguing!!! I bet you learned lots! Was one of the things, "Do you speak.... (well, what do they speak?) ____" Anyway, that was probably my most useful phrase in Europe when I visited back in 1999. Sad, but true. I know, spoiled Americans.... I learned a lot!!! Still can't speak any other languages though. Thanks for the card!!!! Katie
Response: Morocco is quite an anomaly--although they are geographically located in Northern Africa, they are the only country in Africa that is not a part of the African Union and are instead a part of the Islamic League. They were once occupied by France, so their primarily speak French and Arabic. That trip was definitely a life experience! Best of luck to you this school year!!
