I'm a student of Information and Library-Sciences and I LOVE everything connected with books and libraries. I speak German, English an a little bit French. I like getting little surprises by snail mail, that's why I'm here. ;)

April 2011: I have decided to slow down swapping for a while, it became a bit too expensive. :(

generally every kind of book but my faves are crime stories and thrillers, historical stories and sometimes the typical books for women ;) I started with bookcrossing this year and it is a lot of fun to discover new books which I wouldn't have read before. If anyone has bookcrossing books which want to travel to Germany, they are very welcome here :)

I like to take photos and I enjoy papercrafts, I always cut out too many pictures from magazines because I think maybe I can use them someday. ;)

If anyone has left overs of yarn, I'll gladly take it! I'm working on a patchwork blanket. I crouchet socks (because I can't knit), sock yarn is welcome here too.

• postcards: city views (I collect them for a friend who would like to have one postcard from every city around the world), landscape, funny ones...connected to a book or library ;)

• lip balm (specially Burt Bees)
• candles, again, all sizes, colours, scents
• tea (I prefer fruit tea, but flavoured black or green teas are very welcome, too)
• the colours blue, black and red

• Skittles
• little yarn balls
• Bath & Body Works' Moisturing Hand Lotion (I can't find any hand lotion as good as this one here in Germany)

I'm really easy-going and I like giving hearts when I can see that my swap partner read my profile and put some effort into the swap.

I'm not a friend of - the color pink - Hello Kitty - lip-stick and make-up in general (I don't use them) - the smell of cold smoke

I'll rate everyone as soon as I receive the swap. Please rate me too, when you recieve my swap to let me know that it has arrived. I re-use envelopes, specially padded ones.

I really hate to give 1 ratings but when I don't recieve anything and it's about 4 weeks after sending date, I have no other choice, sorry. I will ban these flakers on swaps I host. I send messages to my partners, before I rate them 1.
I'd be really happy if someone would like to angel one of these swaps as surprise.
