I live in Cincinnati, Ohio with my boyfriend and our two furbabies, plus a turtle. I work in a pharmacy, and I actually enjoy it now, and hey, it pays the bills. I went to school for graphic design, but I didn't have the personality needed to 1. Finish a degree and 2. To be the ruthless and confident designer.

I like earthy tones in what I wear and how I decorate. It makes me feel grounded and real. I enjoy working with my hands, in making stuff over buying stuff. Most of my swaps will be handmade, but I don't send anything out if I wouldn't be happy to receive it. I love learning new crafts, if you send me new ideas or a new project that would be amazing. I prefer working with natural fibers and anything made from scratch.

I am not a religious person. I grew up Catholic, and am the type of atheist who is willing to say that there MAY be something/someone out there. That being said, I would love something from your religious beliefs. Tell me why you believe. (Not catholicism/christianity please, I have had enough of that.) I enjoy entertaining the idea of an earthly, pagan god, so please, send me tarot cards, goddess statues, etc.

• I would LOVE LOVE LOVE some roving or a hand spindle, I would really like to try spinning.

• Anything Faerie.

• Buddha Statues specifically, but I would like any religious items besides propaganda-esque papers. (You know, the ones you find set on fast food tables or surprise you in public bathrooms.)

• Henna Art or better yet, a henna kit. (My etsy favorites has one in there.)

• Anything nature. Trees, plants, flowers.

• Celtic themed items

• Gnomes

• Dragons, basically anything mythical.

• Owls

• Mushrooms

• Unique items, handmade or not

• Fabric quarters

• Altered Items

• Modern patterned items (bird silhouettes, etc)

• Incense, incense holders, candles.

• Rubber Stamps

• Metal Charms

• Fabric Flowers and little pieces to add to altered items.

My boyfriend will be very happy if you send him/me something platypus, especially Perry the Platypus. Also, Pez dispensers. (but no Perry pez dispensers, we have enough of those.) Definite heart if you add something in my swaps like that.

Things I would NOT like:

• Primary colors theme. (red yellow blue) no thanks!
• Unless it is a holiday based swap, no holiday stuff. (I'm meaning halloween, easter, etc.) I like receiving season stuff, just not holiday.
• Man things....cars, hunting, construction, anything to do with that.
• Crap. I don't want that cut up piece of scrapbooking paper. I don't want the blank rolo card. Just...no.

I am very very open to almost anything, and so you may end up with my guinea pig creations from new crafts. These are just my fallbacks and to give you an idea of what I can send to you.

Varies, a lot. I do like whats popular on the radio, along with celtic music, bagpipes, a little bit of country. I wouldn't be able to tell you who my all time favorite is, but currently I'm listening to more of Enya, Celtic Woman, Mumford and Sons, Iron and Wine, and Boyce Avenue. (If you sent me a CD of any of these I would love you forever!!)

I was really wanting to start making projects again, get back into my old habits. I didn't feel like I could keep strict obligations and so I decided to hold a couple RAK's in order to make up for my unfavorable abandon of Swap-Bot (and give me sort of a test run to see if I really did want to come back.) It's been good, wonderful actually, and so these are done and once I get the addresses they will be sent out.
