Hi there! Thanks for looking at my profile! :)
I am wife to a wonderful man, and mum to a pretty spiffy young high school graduate and we live in a Victorian house with a little dog named Rasputin.
I'm a nail polish designer, artist, color aficionado, and general crafty sort.
I love paper and washi, Art cards and mail art (and mail art related things!)!
Lately, I have fallen in love with my Happy Planner! I love all things planner related!
I am in love with pocket letters, and inchies and ATCs and pretty much anything I can do with washi and paper!
I love music in general. I have very eclectic tastes, although I do listen to some stuff more than others. I'm very fond of Celtic music, and good Bluegrass. I like 80's Hair bands, and 90's boy bands. I like Metallica, and Mozart, and pretty much anything in between. Currently, I'm listening to a lot of Damh the Bard, The Beatles, and a Korean pop group called BTS (Don't judge! Check them out! :D )
I am a voracious reader. I love Diana Gabaldon. I bet even her grocery list is good reading.
Patrick Weekes is another author I can't read enough from
I also like fantasy books (Mercedes Lackey and Anne Bishop for a start), historical fiction, and biographies.
I'm into all sorts of things. I will likely add to, and streamline this list as time goes on. laugh
Dragonflies (gorgeous predators!)
Dragons (All sorts!)
Steampunk, very much steampunk. If it's brass and/or copper and/or victorian or some amazing combination-I love it.
High fantasy (elves and wizards and whatnot)
The 80's (What a vividly colorful time!)
Washi tape, holy cow washi tape. (I may have a washi problem! :D )
Stickers! I love stickers!
Rubber Stamps generally the unmounted ones, I find them a lot more versatile. :D
Postage stamps, but only US, and pre 1950
Cala Lillies and Hyacinths
Cute post it notes
Tea bags of interesting tea!
To save us all time and unhappiness, here are some things I'm not really fond of/won't use, etc. (I'm sure I'll add more things as time goes on, but I really am pretty mellow:
Plastic beads or plastic jewelry findings. I just won't use the plastic stuff.
No loose confetti please.
No loose tiny anything, please. I'd like to be able to open the package without fear of a shower of tiny whatevers. :D
I don't mind confetti and sparkles IF they are contained in a shaker or little sealed bag of some kind. :)
World Stamps. I'm a stamp collector, but only US stamps, please.
Religious propaganda. Thanks for understanding. :)
I have a husband and an 18 year old son, and in case it's ever needful, here are a few things that would make them smile:
Kiddo: Magic cards, Greek mythology (Thank you, Percy Jackson books!), legos, Nintendo items (Whether they're stickers or what-have-you.
Hubby: Dr. Who, Norse mythology, and fantasy books. Oh and incense and old maps and blueprints. :) Add to his list anything steampunk. He's a tinker, my hubby. :D
This will probably be updated all the time. :)

*Anything for my Happy Planner :)
