Be the change you wish to see in the world ~ GANDHI
I'm an Aboriginal (Bundjalung) woman of Australia, wife, mother, daughter, grand-daughter, niece, sis, aunty, cousin, godmother, friend, employee, student, vegan and alien incognito .. shhh!
Being vegan means that I do not eat, wear or use any products that contain animals or their by-products. I became a vegan to tread lightly on the earth, treat myself, mother earth and all living things with as much respect as I possibly can!
I've always been a creative soul and love having time to myself to be artistic through stamping, cardmaking, scrapbooking, photography, painting, making fridge magnets and bookmarks!

~ Purple
~ Vanilla
~ Tattoos
~ Penguins
~ Travelling
~ Tie Dye Stuff
~ Bandanas, hats & scarfs
~ Anything with aliens on it
~ Bookmarks (especially handmade)
~ The Supernatural: ghosts, unexplained phenomena
~ The Universe: planets, stars, moon, rain, trees, ocean
~ Native American/Canadian: music, art, jewellery, pictures etc
~ Spiritual stuff: dreams, guides, the other realms, 'signs' and trying to interpret them, guided meditation CD's, crystals for healing (amethyst, rose quartz etc), Indigenous philosophies cultures, perspectives etc
I also collect bookmarks and fridge magnets from different countries/places I've visited....
I'm a real movie buff and love to watch everything and anything!! I quote movies way to often I'm told .. haha!
Since I'm a child of the 80's I have a soft spot for anything from that time like The Lost Boys, Stand By Me, The Goonies, Footloose, The Breakfast Club, Breakdance, The Outsiders, Band of the Hand, Monster Squad, Sixteen Candles, Youngblood, Thrashin' etc.
There are so many great flicks around and a few of my current faves are: Dreamkeeper, Lakota Moon, Ten Canoes, Rabbit Proof Fence, Once Were Warriors, Pan's Labyrinth, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Empire Records, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Knocked Up, Superbad, Office Space ... ahhh so many to choose from!
♪ ♫ I love all kinds of music due to my grandparents and parents influence - so nothing is off limits! I mix it up a lot depending on my mood of course. But I will more than likely have Jack Johnson, John Mayer, Omarion, Lenny Kravitz, R Kelly, Snoop Dogg, Ben Harper, Justin Timberlake, LIVE, KISS, RHCP, Thirsty Merc (cool Aussie band) on rotation in my CD player! ♫ ♪
~ Life Is So Good by George Dawson
~ To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee
~ The Food Revolution by John Robbins ♥
~ Crota by Owl Goingback
~ The People Series by Kathleen O'Neal Gear & W.Michael Gear
I enjoy most type of genres excluding political, religious or war books. But if it's recommended by friends I'll give it a go. I have just discovered paranormal romance and erotica books (fun reads).
I especially love books written by/or about other Aboriginal, Native American / Canadians & other indigenous people regarding their lives, families, journey and how they deal with/or overcome social, identity & cultural issues and racism.
