I give out hearts a lot and while I don't "expect" hearts for every swap I am in, when I go out of my way to include something really extra, a plain 5 and "thank you" is truly a bummer. Makes me want to write that person and ask what was wrong with her their stuff. If no heart, how about a few words???
I CHECK & TRY TO FOLLOW PROFILES OF ALL MY PARTNERS, even if not a profile specific swap!
January 2017!! ==Busy year for me. I turn 60, my husband will be 55. We will celebrate 25 years of marriage in July 2017 and I may retire right after that, or look for another job in another federal agency. So, please forgive me for not doing many swaps these days, OR, if I don't email you back right away!
> I am only doing USA Only swaps, I can't afford the postage, unfortunately, even to Canada. Not only that, the 2 low ratings I did receive were from Europe and because of postal reasons.
I love purple!!! All shades, They are all lovely!
I will be married 25 years this July 2017. No kids, but we have 2 four legged pups named Scooter & Oscar. We both work, but I am "jonesing" to retire! Lately my time is spent making jewelry and eyeglass holder chains out of beads or wasting time on Facebook. I am making jewelry more now, check out my Pinterest above or Flickr

> I was a PASSIONATE scrapbooker, but I have cut down on that too. I've started cross stitching at night to keep me from grazing. Only with STAMPED patterns!
I love to give away stuff that I have. I have SO much scrapping stuff that I'm overwhelmed! > I COLLECT MAGNETS!!!
The more unusual the better.
I have all U.S. magnets shaped like the maps of each state already! I love unusual magnets, from everywhere, I have over 1000 & need more!
I am REALLY into purple. I don't like all things purple, & I don't only have purple things, but I do have a lot of purple. Not just "purple" either. There's lavender, wine, burgundy....you get the picture. Since I'm a scrapbooker, I work on my vacations, my dogs, parties, general life things. I make books for friends, & co-workers when they have special occasions.
August 2013--We just adopted a rescue dog, his new name will be Oscar the Cocker. He is 6 and very well trained and gets along well with Scooter who is a mini-poodle that loves to "kill" all the toys we give him. His fav is the Penquin from Madagasgar that talks. I found it at Target, but they don't sell them anymore!
I am lucky that my local post office lobby is open 24/7, so if I mark a swap as sent & it's a Sunday, the P.O. will send it out the next day, Monday morning or Tuesday if that Monday is a holiday!
