Comment: My ornament arrived in pieces, a couple of pieces of cardboard would have helped prevent breakage.

I'm missing at least 3 ornaments and it gets so confusing rating them, especially if you've lost the envelope they came it. I wish we had to put up a picture of what we sent or something, so people would be able to tell who is who! I want to make sure I gave 1's to the right people!
