establishing residency first is definitely a good idea. out of state tuition is so expensive! does she know where she wants to go to school yet? and yes, we can! one of us just needs to get five ratings first, because you need that many to create a swap. but you can do private ones for sure, and we can tailor it to swap whatever we want. :)
