May 2011 I think I am going to start Posting the names of people that DONT RATE . I should have been close to 300 5's by now !!! Every swap there is ALWAYS at least 1 that does not rate .EVEN AFTER I ASK !! then I won't get a heart cause I bugged them? And why am i doing this ?

Just doing a few email swaps right now, My Life Is PRESSING & DE-Pressing But for me this is good! I do Pressed Flower Art! I enjoy crafting and swapping _ but I need to work at bigger projects right now.
As for rating , I promise I will ASAP and fairly. ME... I have arthritis in my hands . Writing is one of the hardest things I have to do . When i do I use a very Fat pen . So please excuse any sloppy writing I do on a personal note to You . Please do not be offended if I write short notes. Thanks for reading my profile.

I am passionate about nature! A Big Re-cycler ! I live in North Carolina . I have a dear friend who really got me started /addicted to pressing flowers as an Art , several years ago. We Paint with petals ! Now I can't imagine Not doing it!
I'm even the Member Director for the World Wide Pressed Flower Guild !! I am still in the beginning stages and spend more time learning and Pressing , than doing,the art it seems!?! LOL I have boxes of flowers and plant medium ! I have made a few pictures ,i have learned great things in the classes online through WWPFG! Check out my latest work on my blog! But mostly I do bookmarks ,cards , and rocks with flowers on them. I also dabble in other crafts .Mixed Media art , Yard art to name a few. Making bird houses. I love nature , long walks , The Woods has always been my shopping Mall. Leaves ,flowers, bark, mushrooms and grape vine wreaths are just some of my favorite things to find there. My wonderful soul -mate bought me a great camera and I love to take pics of nature, so with pressing , I have 2 ways to preserve nature! We now have an acre of yard we are trying to fill slowly with every kind of flower and bush we can! Thank you for visiting!

I am stumped trying to think of what I don't like ??

The only thing that comes to mind is Waste. I really dislike waste , I try hard to reuse and up-cycle as much as I can in life and wastefulness drives me nuts. I DO RE-USE postage packages when I can! things I'm not crazy about ... frilly things girlie things fancy home decoration I guess I'd be considered Rustic! No hearts on a 5 rating ???! I always try my best !!

Old vintage books the older the better. I have boxes of vintage school books . Anybody remember The Dick and Jane's (got the set!)
crafting books! Pressed flower books!! Gardening books. Poetry nature books ,birds ,trees , bugs I guess I'd have to say Telephone books too .LOL I have about 30 now filled with my pressed flowers. they are a great way to store them and keep them flat!

I will do my best to try to find something from your profile You like. But if time does not allow me to find the perfect thing , I will do my best with what I have. I do lots of Flower and Plant Pressing , if you see that I am swapping with you and You would like flowers for Scrapbooking , card making ,etc . Let me know and I will be glad to send some to you! If you hate them let me know that too or You may get some LOL. IF YOUR PACKAGE FROM ME DOES"T ARRIVE, arrives damaged, with postage due or any other problem . PLEASE let ME KNOW! make sure to use ! [] and () with no spaces

if you use flickr:

when you are on your flickr page click on the photo and then at the top of the picture there is a link that says "all sizes" click that and it will give you options for the size of the photo. I use Small (240 x 180), that is what is below. click the size you want and under the picture there is a 1.Copy and paste this HTML into your webpage: and a 2. Grab the photo's URL:... copy and paste the #2 and you will get that size of picture. put this in the () and you should have a picture.

If you just want a link to your picture don't add the !

[name of picture] (URL of picture) with no spaces
