11/14/09 update: I started a new job, and now I work the entire time the post office is open. I've also been having some home issues and I feel like I don't have time for anything anymore. I'm taking a break from swapping for a few months to get things sorted out. I will be having my mom drop off packages to pthalostars, Maggles45 and swappintoya tomorrow. Hi My name is Amber!

I'm 19 years old and I'm in college to become a nurse, and considering a fine arts degree.

I have two lovely black kitties, one lovely black and white kitty, a bearded dragon, and a gerbil. We also currently have 1 orphaned kitten(out of 9 total!) that were raising and trying to find a home for. You can see pics on my flickr!I love animals.

Halloween is my absolute favorite time of the year. Its amazing.

I'm a freak about recycling. I hate to throw things out. What I send you will be most likely in re-used packaging.

I'm far too crafty for my own good. I find my self collecting weird bits of things from the ground or trash and putting them on ATC's or in resin for jewelry.

I love music, my favorite band is World/Inferno Friendship Society. Some of my other favorites are Sublime, Misfits, Dead Kennedys, Dresden Dolls, and Rasputina

I'm really interested in body modification.

I love to screen print, sew, make jewelry, ceramics, make record bowls, carve stamps, take pictures, and draw/doodle, cast resin, cook, make ATC's, paint, bead, embroider, knit a tiny bit, stencil, make cards, and make lampwork beads.

-I'm collecting things to make a box for my boyfriend for when he goes back to college in the fall. I'm going to fill it with everything he could possibly need to send me letters and small packages. I would love something little to put in the box, such as some memo paper or a cool envelope or small stamp.

-I love chocolate, but not chocolate scented things

-Hand carved stamps! Making them and receiving. If you'd like to do a private swap for a hand carved stamp, let me know!

-I've recently started making lampwork beads. They're really fun to make and I would love to receive some one elses bead work too.

-Bratz dolls. haha those poor things are hideous

-I like actual bugs, but I'm not a big fan of bug images, except flies, ants, grasshoppers, spiders, praying mantises, and butterflies (in moderation) which I think are really cute.

My mom collects Pez dispensers like a crazy woman. She usually gets all the ones from the USA when they come out, but she has none from outside the USA. If you could send some foreign Pez dispensers, Pez candy rolls with different languages, Pez fabric from anywhere, or just anything related to Pez she would love it! I'm willing to do some private swaps for this.

She also collects black cats and her favorite color is blue. She's a quilter and made me the crafty gal I am today!
