Germany with just a signature of "Sobine". No swap or last name. I do not know who or which swap to rate this. If any one knows who this is or which swap it is for please help me out. Thanks

Copy and paste the above link... It's the best explaination of Friendship Books and all that goes with them. It's better not to do a "High Quality" Swap if you're just beggining with them... They're tons of fun though.
