I am 29, married, and have 3 dogs. My cat of 9 years recently passed away. I enjoy volunteering with animal rescue organizations. I have a 49cc motorscooter that I ride in nice weather. I have been swapping books for awhile, and just started postcard swapping-- now I'm addicted!
I like to scrapbook, read, cook, garden, and take photographs. I collect anything with hippos on it. I love decorative socks! People think I am weird because I don't wear any jewerly, but i do like interesting keychains! I also collect buttons, pins, and patches with unique or funny sayings on them. I like perfume sample bottles in all shapes and sizes.
I love all things sushi-related. I have recently found out what kawaii is and i love it. I also like to find unique items depicting scooters.
I read a lot of drama, women's fiction, and mysteries. I have gotten hooked on memoirs of authors like David Sedaris and Augusten Burroughs. My other favorite authors are Chuck Palahniuk and Stephen King.
I love papercrafting-- scrapbooking in particular. I also like to create gifts from photographs. Recently I've been making gifts with interesting bottle caps and (clothing) buttons. Message me if you have these items, or you want me to make you something and we can swap!
I like most any kind of movie. I especially enjoy movies like American Beauty, Fight Club, Slumdog Millionaire, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and Everything is Illuminated. Kevin Smith is my favorite actor/director.
I love to participate in charitable events. Here's my latest: Walk for a Cure, benefiting JDRF-- to find a cure for diabetes on 5/30/09. More info: http://walk.jdrf.org/walker.cfm?id=87302381
Scoot for a Cure, benefiting JDRF on Aug 29th. More info: http://www.firstgiving.com/scoot4acure We want to have tons of riders!
Like a lot of people right now, I'm at home and trying to find ways to make money. I've had a hard time finding programs to make money at home, but I have found a few. I'm sharing them here so you can make $ for reading emails and completing surveys too! These aren't scams, and no credit card is required-- its real.
