Chicago native, I moved to Madison to attend the UW and have stuck around ever since. An athlete by nature, I enjoy being active outdoors and play volleyball whenever possible. I am a scientist in a biotech lab where I work on nucleic acid purification and genetic identity products. I'm not huge on movies, but I anxiously await the release of all Wes Anderson flicks. My love of photography lends itself nicely to creating scrapbooks, which occupy my time between work, arts and crafts, going to estate sales, brewing beer, and cooking projects.

Really dislike plotless movies with obvious sexual/bowel movement humor like "Talladega Nights" or "Superbad."
