I am an avid reader (especially of 18th-19th cent British and American literature aka "the classics"). I love drinking tea, and have two tabby cats. My favorite author is Jane Austen. I'm really not too crafty, but am getting back into jewelry making/beading. I would also like to try mixed media/collage one of these days...

I am mainly interested in swapping tea, books, bookmarks, postcards, recipes, Christmas cards and ornaments.

I love to travel (or at least dream of it), and read travel writing/memoirs. The locales I most love are the British isles, Hawaii, or any tropical beaches.

I also enjoy cooking and occasionally baking. I collect recipes like crazy and read a lot of food blogs. I am addicted to Tastespotting and Foodgawker, as well as Steepster (a tea community).

Black, green, oolong, chai, white, and herbal teas are all fine by me! Unusually flavored black teas are welcome. I do have a lot of fruit teas already, so they're not my first choice.

The only flavor/ingredient I really don't care for is black licorice/anise. I have no allergies.

I'm not too picky, so if it's "sender's choice" I won't complain! If I receive a tea I don't care for I will be gracious and pass it on to a friend or another swap! =)

Really not into Kawaii or any Japanese toys, anime, etc.

Not interested in religious paraphernalia either.
