I am a 27 year old stay at home mom to two little ones - a boy, who is almost 3 and a girl, 11 months old. I live in Canada's Northwest Territories. My husband and I are currently building a small eight-sided log home ourselves and are hoping to move into it this month. I love blues and reds. I like things to be a little bit funky. I think I have a hippie hidden somewhere inside me. :) I'm fairly adventuresome and prefer to experiment and modify things rather than follow rules to a T when it comes to clothing and patterns, etc.

I enjoy a little bit of pretty much everything. I'll listen to just about anything once. I guess you could say my tastes are very eclectic.

Star Wars (all of them), Lord of the Rings trilogy, Pride & Prejudice (1995 especially), Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Amelie,Ocean's 11/12, Anne of Green Gables series, The Princess Bride, Horatio Hornblower, Emma, Wives & Daughters...and a whole wack of others!

Friends, CSI, Lost, Desperate Housewives,Tour of Duty, home reno shows, House, most things on the Discovery and History channels. TV on DVD rocks! I love the lack of commercials and being able to indulge and watch a whole season in a week or a couple of days... ;)

Sewing, beading, cross-stitching, rug hooking, collaging, painting...whatever else strikes my fancy!
