I am mom to 2 boys (13 and 16), 2 dogs, 2 birds, a bunch of geckos, etc. I work full-time and on top of that, I knit like crazy. I also like to read craft based mysteries.

My favorite color seems to be blue although I like many of the cool colors (both brights and pastels).

My favorite food would have to be chocolate (if you count that as a food!).

These days I've been pretty much stuck on contemporary Christian. My back-up would have to be country.

The Yarn Harlot, Harry Potter, craft based mysteries such as Mary Kruger and Monica Ferris, the Monk and Diagnosis Murder series, Maddie hunter's Passport to Peril mysteries, Joanna Carl's Chocolate mysteries, and the like...

Primarily romantic comedies, an occassional action movie, and, of course, Harry Potter! And, I must be able to knit during the movie...

Has to absolutely be knitting! I have also been known to weave baskets, make jewelry, quilt, etc. I have done felting and colorwork but have more recently gotten into stitchwork. Cables, lace, beading, whatever makes it interesting. I usually have a simple hat in progress in the car for whenever i get stuck in traffic or wherever and need some mindless knitting to keep my hands busy. When they are done, I send the to the Ship Support yahoo group who sends them to our troops overseas. For my regular projects, lately it's been socks. They are small and portable and offer an endless variety of options. Also, I have large feet so it's hard to find nice socks that fit well.
