I'm a late 20s day spa manager by day.. cooking extraordinaire and knitter by evening. I like recycled materials, reusable materials, anything earth friendly, sustainable or green. My favorite colors are green, brown, followed by mustard yellow and cream.
I knit, spin, handpaint fiber, make bath and body products, soy candles.
I am vegetarian!
What I Could Make For You: almost anything knitted - scarves, hats, mittens, gloves, socks, etc. handspun yarn, hand painted wool, mp soap
What I'd Like to Receive: i am open to your ideas. i think the most important thing is to love what you make.
Things I Love: birds, elephants, green, buttons, coffee, butterscotch, anything with gnomes, ferns, vanilla, lavender, candles, trees, organic and sustainable things, recycled materials, a giant box of wool delivered to the front door...
Wish List:
Crafts

Embroidered kitchen towels.
Organic cotton, hemp or linen handknit (or crocheted) washcloths.
Handmade Beeswax or Soy Candles. Any scent but strong florals.

Tree-themed pillowcases.
Small stained glass/suncatchers for my deck door.
Hand-dipped incense

Small hand-painted picture frames. I have some great trees by phizzychick and no way to display them.
Handwarmers for my husband - in black or brown
Handmade birdfeeders or bird houses.
Hand-dyed/hand-painted yarn. Prefer worsted weights.
A set of four hand-thrown appetizer plates or shallow bowls (they can be small-ish) in greens or browns.
Handspun yarn.
Vintage pottery -- in browns, greens or whites.
Men's stenciled t-shirt. Bike or motorcycle design for my husband. Size small/medium.
Loose handknit cowl.
Handmade, wooden shawl pin
Handwarmers/wristwarmers -- in off-white/creme or brown, maybe, but I'd prefer something tweedy?
Manly checkbook cover in darker colors--brown, black, navy blue. Maybe canvas? Something durable and simple.
Slippers for the chilly evenings!
Polymer clay buttons.
Artisan cheese/bread board made out of wood --
Black legwarmers
Anything inspired by my wists!

I'd really like to make a rag rug this year -- any worn out t-shirts in greens or browns, the softer the better, would be really useful (I think? I've never made one of these before!)
Acrylic yarns suitable for baby/charity knitting. Any colors are fine, but brighter ones are usually more useful. :)
Worsted weight, 100% wool yarns.
Hemp/linen/organic cotton yarns -- anything earth friendly, recycled, unusual fibers, etc.

100% wool sweaters.
Tweed/donegal yarns.
