UPDATE 10/8/09:

It's times like these I think I'll never be able to come back to swapping! Instead of just school and work, I have decided to take a few other responsibilities under my belt such as clubs, volleyball, and another part time job. If I owe anyone anything, please let me know asap and I will get whatever it is out in the mail!

My name is Monique, nice to meet ya! I am 21 years young and currently living in Columbus, Ohio with my husband and our two dachshund pups. We are originally from the Portland, Oregon area and have lived in Roswell, New Mexico for a brief 9 months.

I work at a big department stores Lingerie department and the hubby is a journalist for a business paper and the sports section for a local community news paper. I have a degree in Art History but will be going back to school at The Ohio State University in the fall!

Currently: Paint, draw, scrapbook, fabric screen printing, sew, make cards, and make jewelry. I love experimenting with paper and different mediums.

Someday: Love to learn to work with resin, quilt, knit (again).

Unlike me, Josh loves teas! Peach is his favorite and dislikes lemon.

Woody: Our 2 year old black and tan short hair dachshund. He is a standard, so he's taller than our other.

Schmitty: Our 6 month old puppy. He is long hair, brown and tan, and a mini-dachshund. He's got the tiny little dinosaur paws, as I like to call them.

We love our boys! Our roommate also has an orange cat, just so you know.
