4/29/13 - I have been on a swapping break for about 1.5yrs. I have since moved from Alberta to Quebec and with DD at school all day and DH being deployed (military) from time to time I'm feeling the need to swap again. Due to me not being able to find work in the province of Quebec I don't have a ton of money for swapping so I will be keeping it mostly small and affordable, a lot of handmade crafty items and regional swaps... mail art, postcards, (might try some ATCs), notecards, letter swaps etc. If you are interested in doing a private swap let me know - but I'm mostly sticking to within Canada with a few North American and the odd International swap.

• I am doing the Art Journaling/Smash book thing! I'm doing one in a binder style, and one in a spiral notebook. What I would love to receive in a pkg:

doilies, lace, deco/washi tape, empty thought bubble stickers, any cool swirly stickers, rubons, gel pens(especially Sakura Gelly Roll pens!), fun papers, acrylic elements, profile based inchies/twinchies for me to add to my pages, journal notepapers, list notepapers, foreign language paper ephemera (non- English)... etc

These are things that I can readily trade. I am definitely not limited to only these things. I like researching my swap partners to find things that I really think they will love. I aim to please!!

*No makeup please, I really don't wear any ever. (unless I join a makeup specific swap - then of course follow the swap requirements. I have brown eyes, brown hair, like neutral colours and have sensitive skin)

I'm a crafting junkie. I love trying new things, here's a list of the ones I've tried:

-Collage Couture (mostly digitally, but some paper and hybrid style too)

-Digital scrapbooking (have been doing for 8+ yrs and am still doing it)

-Card making (started a couple years ago, mine are usually hybrid - combination of digi and hands-on)

-Crocheting (I started again a couple years ago, have done some slippers, fingerless gloves, scarves, mug cozies...)

-Knitting (didn't last long :( )

-Stenciling (don't have a steady enough hand for this)

-Sewing (can do a basic straight stitch but that's all I have the patience for - sewing machines seem to hate me... lol)

-Beading (did some as a child, nothing since)

-??? (what will I try next? who knows!)

Don't really watch much TV. I'd rather play around with my digital scrapbooking stuff on my laptop or read a good book!

We did recently sign up for Netflix and I've been going through shows that I love and that are recommended to me, including...

And on reg tv I still watch NCIS, Bones, The Big Bang Theory

She's not very picky, she loves trying new things (hates taking simple sandwiches for school lunches... lol), she's very girly - except for her love of football, dinosaurs and monster trucks... lol.
