I no longer have internet at home, so I won't be able to get online as much as I'd like to. I won't be signing up for any swaps that I won't be able to complete and rate. If there's any problem with past swaps, please PM me, and I'll respond ASAP!

I love art, design, music, fashion and pop culture. I believe in God and am a Christian, but not the overly "in-your-face" type when it comes to religion. I'm 21 years old. I'm a girl. I live in Michigan. I'm sarcastic, cynical, and negative most of the time. I'm not going to school right now - just working and living at home with my Dad and Step-Mom - but I'm planning to return back to school in the Fall of 2009!

What I enjoy.

• I like Pop Art - Andy Warhol especially. I also like the 60's.
• I like all colors besides neon ones. But a little neon here and there is okay. I am partial to green. Like Granny Smith Apple or a yellow-green. When it comes to clothing and jewelry, warm colors are what looks best on me, and I like gold jewelry. Fashion is something I enjoy.
• Lately, I've been doing a lot of paper crafts. I've been trying to keep a visual journal and work on some collage/sketching.

This is a big list of things I like. It's always in the works:

I like office supplies, photographs - especially random polaroids, random junk, prismacolor markers & colored pencils, buttons, pins/brooches, paint swatches, journals and notebooks, song lyrics, ephemera, scrapbook materials, summer & the beach, mod/retro fabric & prints, chapstick, Urban Outfitters, ball-point pens, Maui, quotes, making lists. I'm interested in Psychology & Serial Killers...along with Art, Design, and Fashion. Weird, I know. I like magazines - Elle, Lucky and Nylon are some favorites. I'm not a big candy person, but if I had to choose something I'd pick Snickers and Green Gummie Bears. Scents I like are vanilla, lavender, and light fruity scents. I enjoy the comedy of Brian Regan, Flight Of The Conchords, Jeff Dunham, and Demetri Martin.

A little list of things I avoid.

• I don't like "stupid" comedies, like Superbad or American Pie.
• I don't watch Sex & The City, Gossip Girl, America's Next Top Model or most reality TV.
• I don't like rap or country music. I do like blues, not country. Picky, picky...hehe!
• I'm not into Harry Potter or Lord Of The Rings.
• I'm not a coffee drinker, haven't had much tea. [I'd be open to trying it. You'd have to give me instructions. Haha!]
• I don't like cutesy things, or really girlie items. No Kawaii, Blythe, over-the-top Victorian, Disney, High School Musical, Anime or Food-related items.
• I'd rather not get anything Wiccan/Pagan/Occult related, but if you do send something with that theme, I'll probably be able to use it somehow - or at least pass it on!

Singing in the car is good. Real good.

I have 3 siblings: a brother [19], a half-brother [9], and a half-sister [8].

• My brother [19] loves surf/skate apparel and culture. He likes 80's themed things and electronic type music plus stuff along the lines of Cut Copy and Vampire Weekend. He's big into graphic design and stenciling. He's a freshman in college.
• My littlest brother [9] loves stones/polished rocks, Pokemon, Cyber Chase, dinosaurs, The Discovery Channel & Animal Planet, esp. Mythbusters, and his Nintendo DS. He's in 4th grade.
• My little sister [8] likes Pokemon as well, especially Raichu [She's kind of obsessed. I lied. She's really obsessed.]. She'd like to get some fun makeup like Lip Smackers to play with. She likes her stuffed animals and Barbies. She adores making books - coming up with stories and illustrating them. I think we have about 100 of them now. She's in 3rd grade.
