i am a mom to two chihuahuas . I play the violin and enjoy music very much I Love andre bocelli he sings opera and it is very beautifull .I love Italy and anything to do with it ,I visited years ago and cannot wait to go back. I am married and have been so for two years . I am in my forties and yes was married before but became a widow very young and it taught me that I could and can do things on my own . There is not much I dont like . I like vintage buttons or ones with designs on them, also glass beads as well as long as they are older types they are so neat pretty writing paper , ribbon (usually solid colors) , i like little rubber stamps and matching little ink pads .,I collect bookmarks and I am also trying to make some and I think i am doing okay with it so far .I have also started collecting rosaries and loving it . I am not the really crafty type so I stick mainly to paper things such as writing and snail mail pen palling and letter things such as that .My favorite colors are deep red ,garnet to be specific , deep blues , jewel tones , teal ,deep teal , greens the forrest green , dark pink , I also like opal ,not white opal there is a difference , no orange or purple . I think i will stick with the bookmarks cause I seem to do okay with that . I hope this gives you some ideas too . I also love tea dont really have a favorite . I dislike herbal teas though .My favorite movie is steel magnolias because I do believe that there is something to be said for southern women .My dear grandmother whom I miss terribly was a southern born and bred woman .I am also an avid reader .I love to read historical fiction especially the 1940s period because that is the time of my moms generation .Some of my fave authors are Jodi Picoult (pronounced pekoe Like the tea , some amy tan , Like some danielle steel , Virigina Ellis , Jane Addams , Harley Jane Kozak yes she is an actress but also an author and one of my faves perhaps you remember her from guiding light and parenthood movie as the wife of Rick Moranis , also like Jane Hamilton , Billie Lets , I think you get the idea . I also love photography and it is a passion of mine and I try to take a pic of something every week no matter what it is . Also please dont send anything that smells of cigarette smoke as my hubby and I are allergic to it . Also no cat hair please as I am highly allergic to that . No i dont hate cats just cannot take their hair .!!! On another note if you dont receive anything from me when in a swap ,please,please let me know before rating me I would like to know so that maybe I can either find and send something else or work it out somehow . I really adore those . dollar store finds are great , I understand that ,that is sometimes all one can afford to do.
