I love scrapbooking, quilting, sewing, and generally making things. I like to give homemade gifts, not necessarily for occasions but out of the blue, and I always make my own cards. Purple is my favorite color, but I find myself preferring of blues and greens in my scrapbooks and quilts. I think next I would like to try making ATC's, especially fabric ones.

I have a goal to do more re-purposing and up-cycing this year and to use up more of my stash. Give me a fun challenge to do so!

• Quilting is my new passion. I started in December 2010 and I'm totally obsessed with it now! I'm currently attempting to make Kaffe Fasset's "Pickle Dish."
• I'm mostly caught up on my scrapbooks, so I do about a page a month now, usually associated with holidays, birthdays, and travels.
• Sewing, mostly bags and wallets these days.

• colorful or decorated buttons
• ribbons (I have way too much ribbon in my stash, but always welcome more)
• patterned bias tape or piping
• zippers (I have a recent zipper fetish since I started making bags and wallets)
• fabric eighths or quarters in bright colors or black & white
• cute vintage dress patterns, size 12-18
• paper or fabric flowers
• anything metal, like frames or letters.
• anything by Basic Grey!
• fancy brads
