You're not "all caught-up with ratings" because you still haven't rated the postcard I sent you. I understand it must be difficult to figure out how to rate such a masterpiece, but a "5" and a "heart" will suffice under the circumstances.

I hate to have to continue to ask you to rate me for the ATC Basset Hound I sent you but it seems that you don't respond to either my PMs or comments I have made, which is really very rude of you. I note that you have been on-site so you really don't have an excuse but I do wonder how would feel if it happened to you. . .don't you think the person is rude for not taking 1 minute to rate your work after you have spent a good deal of time making the ATC?
