About Me

I'm a full-time mum to an almost 2-year-old and a new little bub (born Oct 2008), and do freelance editing projects when I have time!

Things I like: travel, taking photos, hugging our cat Harry, my spanish class, typography, gardening, knitting, quilting, softies, chocolate, Ikea, commas, colours, blogs, thrift stores, Red Sox baseball, stationery, quirky cards.

Things that aren't really me: girly girl stuff, make up/cosmetics, pastel colours.

Styles I like: Japanese-influenced craft/fabric/cute things, mid-century modern, vintage anything, modern art quilts and fabrics. Colour-wise, I love blues and greens but am open to just about anything.

Comment: Thanks for the lovely photos - the tree frog was my favourite out of all of them! As for what that sign in Australia is, I'm thinking watch out for aadvarks or koalas? I'm amazed at the number of places you've visited - Italy, NY,Greece, UK, France, Costa Rica - you guys are like world travellers!
Response: Thanks, glad you liked them! We used to live in the US and when we moved back to Australia we took 6 months off to travel around - an amazing once in a lifetime trip!
