somedays

hi, i'm an 18 year old from England, being incredibly lazy for a whole year before escaping to university :) I live in a pretty white bungalow in a small town with my mum and my younger brother. This seemed like a really lovely idea so i just wanted to give it a go!

I lovelovelove ... music - anything and everything, science (yes really), picking up a book and not putting it down until I've read every word, people, unecessarily long walks, cooking, collecting things, working at a sweet shop aaaand anything or anybody which will challenge how i think or what i know

but I do love some older stuff too: Cat Stevens, Bob Dylan, The Jam, The Clash, Simon & Garfunkel, Elton John

In brief, I will listen to almost anything (not really a big dance music or metal fan)

I love to read more than anything else, some of my favourites are... White Teeth & On Beauty A Clockwork Orange anything by Jeanette Winterson The Great Gatsby Catcher In The Rye, Franny & Zooey anything by Angela Carter anything by Ian McEwan The Princess Bride

Generally, I prefer fiction and I love stories with a bit of the fairytale or magical about them.

Amelie, Big Fish, Fight Club, Moulin Rouge, Romeo and Juliet (the new one), Marie Antoinette, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Royal Tenenbaums

Slightly odd films are my favourite, not a big fan of horror or romantic comedies..

Wish i watched more films, any suggestions would be amazing :D
