I have sadly, ran into my first problem with sending out mail.. two of my international post cards on the website postcrossing never made it to their final destination or have gotten "lost" in the mail this i think is due to the fact that i send my mail through my university post office ... i would like my swap partners on here to know that if that happens please contact me and i will rectify the situation by sending through another branch of post office and i will send a little extra to make up for the silliness of the campus post office... but please contact me before handing out a low rating ive had mail from my own province take up two weeks to get to me and just received a parcel from the u.s thats taken 33 days. so it does take time sometimes and i dont flake ... haha look this swap bot site is giving me anxiety!!! haha

NOTENOTENOTE- when addressing my mail to my schools address. my name must appear as Taryn, and not Tehren. as they have the wrong spelling on file and incompetent people who deliver the mail to residence will return wrong spellings to sender.. thanks bunches

my favourite things are.. anything scandinavian or german! i love the color purple and the rocky mountains [canada and the u.s] i think birds are beautiful and i love to paint my nails haha so anything girly is amazing

I know this is going to sound simply awkward, but I never learnt how to handwrite [or write in script] so apart from my name I cannot write much else. That being said I also can't read it. [this coming for a 4.0 university student i know its terrible] so when writing to me if possible could you print your message? i feel silly asking but its almost crucial in order for me to respond haha thank you and sorry for the trouble

i love a lot of ambient mixes as well. soft sounds make me compliant so i love a lot of that.

I read everything put in front of me haha. seriously i have probably read my astronomy text book and my english essay text book back to front haha. i love everything from house of leaves by mark z. danielewski to the skeptical environmentalist by bjorn lomborg.

i dont watch a lot of t.v but i have two guilty pleasures.. ghost hunters/ghost hunters international and the amazing race haha

I have just come to realize i am HOPELESS at crafting my collaging skills are that of kindergarden child! oh well i am very good at writing and shopping...so writings my craft and shopping is too [im sure it can be considered a craft!]

THINGS I'D LIKE : -Fancy Papers/envelopes -Post Cards with city views or landscapes! or -arty ones=) -note cards -stickers -my favourite colors are purple and coral [and neon everything] i love animal prints! zebra print especially! anything that sparkles [the tackier the better] -im not a fan of disney or kawaii or hello kitty -i do love pomerainian puppies so anything with them i adore [i am the proud "older sister" of a pom named bruiser gustav haha i sometimes think my parents love him more then me] -vintage is great! -i am also completely fascinated with the paranormal before i was studying eco tourism i was doing my bachelor of science so anything paranormal is amazing -ummm i love fashion like LOVE fashion. balenciaga is my favourite brand!

THINGS I DONT LIKE : -umm buttons? haha i dont know.. im grateful for anything thats sent to me.

TEA SWAPS!!!! -Im really just discovering loose leaf teas and love all the crazy different flavours they come in! although i cant seem to find the little serving baggys anywhere!!! so feel free to send loose leaf but i would be really appreciative if you could send a little serving baggy thingy along with it! -I love flavoured green tea anything with caffeine is strongly appreciated as i am a student ha -anythings appreciated so if you have a tea you love and want to share feel free =)

---> im not really a fan of plain old fruit teas.. like "orange" or "strawberry" now if it were a "strawberry green tea" or "strawberry banana" i love it! just no single fruit tea please.
